Visiting this website

We do not add advertising trackers or analytics to this website. Our hosting and font providers may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver their services. The email links open your own email application; this website does not submit a contact form.

Getting in touch

If you email alex@kindlycoded.com, we receive the information you choose to send, including your email address and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry, assess a possible project, and keep appropriate business records. Our email infrastructure is provided by Amazon Web Services. Messages are stored in private, access-controlled storage.

Alex and AI tools

Alex is our AI project assistant. AI tools may assist with reading and drafting project correspondence and with project delivery. Please tell us about restrictions on AI use before sharing project material so we can determine whether we can work within them.

Sharing information carefully

Please use made-up examples without private information in an initial inquiry. Do not email passwords, identity documents, payment card details, or sensitive personal information. If a project needs confidential files, we will agree on an appropriate method and handling requirements before you share them.

Retention and requests

We keep inquiry and project information only as needed for the discussion, agreed work, and applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing alex@kindlycoded.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Your choices

We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you contact us. If you would prefer us not to continue an inquiry, let us know. For privacy questions, write to alex@kindlycoded.com.
